Description

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspection, monitor and record on daily basis the M&E work progress.
  • Checks the M&E progress reported by the contractor is accurate.
  • Monitor and report on Contractor’s enforcement of safety practices.
  • Inspects the various tests to be carried out on site.
  • Verifies and ensure all M&E Installation carried out by contractors are in accordance with approved drawings.
  • Ensure inspection documentation fully complies with local authorities and project requirements. Keep and maintain proper site records and documentation, e.g. attendance records of PM, RTO, Professional Engineers, and contractor’s site personnel
  • Keep records of diary, record books, schedule of works, records of inspection/checklists and approvals for concreting, test records, and test.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent, recognized and acceptable by the Commissioner of Building Control or IES.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the supervision works of M&E installation in Singapore or in other countries.
  • Have attended the mandatory safety training course, “Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course” or equivalent conducted by a MOM-approved training provider.
  • Preferably with wafer fab experience and willing to work in Cleanroom environment.

  • 44 working hours (5.5 days) per week
