Morimatsu Pharmadule Singapore is a newly build company in Singapore at beginning of year 2023. Main business focus on modular facility delivery to pharmaceutical industry. Over 30 Years Experience in Modular design and Construction. As a leader in modular facility delivery, more than 80 modular plants have been provided, of which more than 70 are overseas projects. Morimatsu can provide turnkey solution to client starting from Engineering, Design, Purchasing, Construction to GMP Compliance and Validation for pharmaceutical industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in engineering disciplines, preferably mechanical or electrical.
• Registered M&E RTO with BCA Singapore is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of site experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or GMP projects.
• Capable of reading and interpreting M&E drawings; experience in technical clarifications (RFI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SCDF, PUB, NEA submission and approval processes is required.
• Familiar with FSC testing, TOP submission flow, and common system testing requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in process/gas piping, high-voltage electrical, or BMS is an advantage.
• GMP validation support experience (e.g., DQ/IQ/OQ coordination) is preferred.
• Ability to use Navisworks or BIM viewers to assist in clash checking is a plus.
• Coordinates closely with design teams, QPs, subcontractors, client, and authorities

JOB PURPOSE:

As a site-based M&E RTO, you are responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical and electrical works in pharmaceutical facility construction. The role requires strong understanding of M&E design drawings, regulatory compliance, and coordination with design teams to ensure installation meets specification, code, and GMP expectations.
