Responsibilities

• Assist on site to ensure that all M&E works comply fully with regulatory and client’s requirements
• Work closely with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, design and supervision leadership not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the projects
• Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system
• Supervise M&E installation and testing works, identifying and addressing any non-conformities in contractors’ work.
• Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and workplace safety regulations in accordance with MOM guidelines.
• Maintain proper site documentation, including progress records, site meetings, safety reports, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built submissions.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Institution / University accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES, or as required by client’s specifications
• Preferably 5 years site working experience in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, working drawings, shop drawings and M&E construction method
• Strong knowledge of authorities/agencies requirements and regulations for construction.
• Good supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
