Job Description Oversee the construction of mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, etc. Monitor the installation of electrical systems, distribution networks, and power management infrastructure Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance Work closely with the Resident Engineer, M&E contractors and vendors Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Maintain detailed records and documentation of all construction activities and system performance Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns and support organizational needs Qualifications Proven experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and operation Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment issues Familiarity with Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety compliance requirements Proficiency in maintaining detailed technical documentation and maintenance records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Registered RTO with IES Willing to work on a 26 months contract Working location will be at RWS, Sentosa 5.5 days work week Additional Information At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
