Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Oversee mechanical and electrical works on-site, including HVAC systems, chilled water systems, power distribution, UPS, generators, and fire suppression systems. Ensure adherence to design specifications, local codes, and international standards. Conduct inspections and testing of M&E installations. Verify compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders. Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for M&E systems. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues during construction and commissioning phases. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure timely resolution of site-related challenges. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering, preferably in data center or mission-critical projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, power distribution, UPS, and fire suppression systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations. Registered and accredited as an M&E RTO with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)/Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
