REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional registration as a Resident Technical Officer with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.
  • Minimum of 6 to 14 years of supervision experience in civil and structural works across infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant construction management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage safety and quality control measures on large-scale construction sites.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating with various construction professionals and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with all civil, structural, and architectural requirements according to approved drawings, specifications, and local codes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and supervision of various construction works, including but not limited to piling works, structural reinforcements, and M&E installations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of construction activities, including daily site records of work progress, safety, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards under the Workplace Safety and Health Act and promote a safe working environment.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and engineers, to coordinate construction activities and resolve on-site issues.
  • Provide technical advice and propose solutions for on-site problems, ensuring quality control and compliance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations.
  • Supervise and oversee all construction activities on site to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
