Kept Companies is seeking Residential Account Specialists to join our team. The Residential Account Specialist will be responsible for setting up services for new residential customers and upselling additional services offerings to these customers.
Compensation is $17.00 per hour plus bonuses for making sales.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Residential Sales Representative to join our team. As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, setting up services, and upselling additional services to the residential market.
This excellent growth opportunity is suited for a self-motivated and driven individual. We are looking for a person who can create and maintain excellent relationships with both prospects and co-workers. While this is a sales position, we like to think of our sales members as problem solvers for our clients as typically our prospects need our service.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English and an effective communicator.
  • Experience in customer interaction in a business to consumer role.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ready to work in an office setting with standard work hours. Comfort in a fastpaced environment.
  • Motivated to handle 80 to 100 inbound calls per day.

What will make us REALLY excited?

  • Successful telephonebased experience on inbound sales.
  • Experience using CRM.
  • Previous sales experience.

EDUCATION:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Remote Inbound Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Call center: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
