Description Residential Advocate Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, MN Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!) From offering emotional support to overseeing recovery activities, your role is key to creating a safe and nurturing space for our clients. Here’s what you’ll do: Be a source of hope and encouragement: Help facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks. Be a role model: Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion. Ensure safety & accountability: Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security. Stay organized: Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks. Be part of their journey: Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours. Requirements What You Need to Succeed: High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Comfortable with computers and basic tech Physical Requirements: Frequently communicate with employees, parents, clients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in writing or verbally, in these situations. Frequently reach above shoulder height to reach necessary items, including supplies, medications, etc. Frequently complete repetitive tasks. Sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time. Lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.
