Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the ‘head of’ the home, you’ll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. You’ll also have:

• Spent at least five years in a management role
• A background in aged or medical care
• Worked with a number of different systems
