About the Role Estia Health Plenty is seeking an experienced Residential Aged Care Manager with a strong clinical background, who can a make a major difference in the lives of our residents by leading our aged care home towards operational excellence! Estia Health Plenty is located in Melbourne's leafy northern suburbs, at the address 321 - 327 Diamond Creek Road, Plenty, VIC 3090. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you’ll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.
