DESCRIPTION:

The Role

We’re seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our friendly team.

• Positions available: Permanent Part-Time & Casual
• Shifts: Afternoon and night shifts are especially desirable.
• Location: Work across our two Residential Aged Care facilities on our Scarborough site.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care including hygiene, mobility, and daily living support.
• Assist with meals, social engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and work closely with healthcare professionals.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health and behaviour.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) – minimum requirement.
• Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to meet the role’s demands.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to obtain a National Police Certificate (through BallyCara).
• COVID-19 vaccinations (min. 2)
