This permanent, full-time role is fully remote, but will require experience previously with remote working. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload spanning both residential and commercial property transactions. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage a broad caseload of residential and commercial property matters, acting for property investors - working for a variety of investors and developers nationwide purchasing residential and some commercial property. An ability to cover this work is essential. commercial property. some straightforward residential property work. Conduct thorough due diligence, including reviewing searches, examining title, and resolving enquiries to ensure smooth transactions. Ensure regulatory compliance in line with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards. Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, providing clear, efficient, and supportive communication throughout the transaction. Support junior team members and contribute to team development, sharing expertise, and promoting best practices. Essential Skills, Experience, and Knowledge for Property Solicitors and FCILEX Qualified solicitor or FCILEX with experience handling both residential and commercial property transactions. Comprehensive understanding of property law, with practical experience in managing a varied caseload independently. Up-to-date knowledge of SDLT, Land Registry processes, post-completion formalities, and associated compliance requirements. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple matters to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver clear advice to clients and work collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in case management systems and standard office software applications.
