• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architectural design (coastal design experience a plus)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong communication skills with the ability to meet directly with clients
• Collaborating with the design team, project managers, and sales staff to develop designs
• Producing detailed architectural drawings and shop documents for client projects
• Coordinating with engineers, building officials, and outside consultants
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Willingness to occasionally work Saturdays or evenings when necessary
  Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
