Location: Nashua, NH (In-person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 – $120,000 per year (Base + Commission)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of residential construction experience with at least 2+ years in estimating, design, or preconstruction roles.
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect, Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
  • Demonstrated experience producing accurate estimates and detailed takeoffs across multiple scopes.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction means and methods, building codes (IRC, IBC), and current material costs.
  • Ability to develop polished client-facing proposals that blend design sensibility with technical clarity.
  • Experience managing subcontractor communication, bid comparisons, and pricing negotiations.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as CoConstruct, BuilderTrend, or similar.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple active estimates.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to project sites.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience in residential remodeling or additions, including kitchens, baths, decks, and whole-home renovations.
  • Knowledge of green building, building performance, or LEED practices.
  • Working knowledge of construction sequencing and schedule-building.
