We provide a wide range of programs and services that enhance the quality of life for over 1,400 individuals across 33 locations, including group homes, employment centers, and community programs. JOB TITLE: Residential Assistant Manager 4:00 to 11:00pm -Female  JOB TYPE: Full-time JOB LOCATION: Hillsborough, Bridgewater, NJ WORK LOCATION: In person PAY RATE : $21.15 per hour JOB SUMMARY : · Teach independent living skills and assist with/provide consumers with personal care. · Arrange/provide transportation for consumers. · Assist consumers with recreation/inclusion, plan vacations. · Administer, monitor and record medication distribution according to policy. Review and ensure completion of all medical logs. · Coordinate all medical appointments, ensure all related documentation is accurate and complete, attend appointments when needed. · Ensure all medical recommendations and follow up are communicated and completed in a timely fashion. · Coordinate/provide all necessary agency and intra-program staff training; provide staff with all necessary information needed to effectively carry out their job duties. · Ensure proper communication of all consumer issues/needs to all necessary parties; proactively teach/role model/guide staff on how to appropriately work with and interact with consumers, other staff, families, and guardians. · Address staff concerns as needed; encourage staff to share ideas and suggestions. · Attend all staff meetings, and other consumer-related meetings. · Ensure staff, training, and beeper schedules are received and posted. · Complete and submit all required daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as scheduled. · Using Therap do logs · Handle and document all financial transactions for consumer accounts in accordance with agency and DDD policy; reconcile all consumer accounts monthly. · Ensure preventative maintenance of the program/vehicles(s) including regular vehicle service and inspections. · Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position, or as requested by supervisor. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in relevant field preferred.
