Job Details Job Location: Saint Albans, VT 05478 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range: $18.50 - $19.50 Hourly Residential Behavior Interventionists work 12-hour shifts and availability during nights and weekends is required. A $2.50 per hour shift differential is offered for overnight shifts. Our Behavior Support Team is in search of a dynamic candidates who can provide support to individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, both within the community and at our 24/7 staffed residential homes. We are seeking individuals who embody the following qualities: A positive demeanor and a strong, supportive presence. A willingness to engage individuals through therapeutic interventions. The capability to create and maintain a highly structured, consistent, and therapeutic environment. We are looking for candidates who have prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health conditions. However, those with a background in supporting individuals experiencing significant behavioral changes in residential and community settings or more structured therapeutic environments are strongly preferred. Weekend availability is required, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
