We’re seeking a dedicated team member to provide support for individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges—both in the community and at our 24/7 staffed residential program in Fairfield, VT. Key Responsibilities: A positive attitude and strong, supportive presence A willingness to engage individuals using therapeutic interventions The ability to create a structured, consistent, and therapeutic environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions Background in residential, community, or structured therapeutic settings, especially with individuals experiencing behavioral changes This role requires weekend and overnight availability. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must.
