We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Building Manager for one of our residential properties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preference for those with 1 Year’s Previous,
• Residential property management experience,
• Comfortable with managing a team and projects,
• Adaptable, friendly, and a team player is essential,
• Computer skills (Microsoft Suite/Yardi/Outlook),
• Maintenance skills (basic repairs, painting, and cleaning),
• Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company.

• Consistently provide service excellence and resident support,
• Supervising cleaners and ensuring cleanliness of facility & grounds,
• Supervising maintenance staff and repairs of units,
• Prepare, show & lease units,
• Collect rent,
• On-call every 2nd weekend and select week-nights,
• Other building duties as required.
