REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an administration role (care or healthcare setting desirable)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Confidence using office and financial software
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training throughout the year
  • Must have full right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
  • Driving ability desirable due to location flexibility

Responsibilities
  • Professionally welcome visitors and manage inquiries at reception
  • Keep the reception area organised, tidy, and inviting
  • Answer telephone calls and respond promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of residents including admissions and discharges
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies
  • Handle correspondence, filing systems, and monitor office supplies
  • Manage petty cash and oversee residents’ personal funds
  • Support invoicing, payments, and liaise with funding agencies
  • Assist with recruitment and maintain up-to-date staff documentation
  • Coordinate internal communications, schedules, and meetings
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
