We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Services Employees to join our team at our Residential Aged Care facility in picturesque Oakey, QLD.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide daily support to elderly residents—helping them with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, while ensuring their dignity, comfort, and wellbeing are always prioritised.Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Serve meals and assist residents with eating
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and movement
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health or behaviour
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols
