Job Title: Residential Care Worker

Salary: £28,808 Annual Salary

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift and schedule:

Shift pattern:

160 hours per month (average 40 hours per week)

Rota basis: 2 days on + sleep-in, followed by 4 days off

Successful Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children and young people (residential preferred)
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships
• Calm, resilient, and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends
• Willingness to complete training and continuous professional development
