Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to a diverse caseload of learners. You will ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (Ofsted, ESFA, EPAOs) and support learners through their qualification journey, maintaining engagement and timely progress. The role includes online delivery, employer engagement, and ensuring learners are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.

• Deliver engaging training sessions and assessments (online and face-to-face where applicable)
• Plan and implement learning activities to meet individual learner needs
• Ensure timely completion of qualifications and prepare learners for End Point Assessment
• Deliver Functional Skills learning, exam preparation, and testing to Level 2
• Maintain accurate learner records and track progress
• Engage with employers to ensure Off-The-Job training requirements are met
• Ensure compliance with awarding bodies, Ofsted, and funding regulations
• Stay up to date with industry standards and continuous professional development
• Conduct regular learner reviews and provide tailored support
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives
