Your Role
You will be supporting young people from complex backgrounds, with High Risk Challenging Behaviour, EBD and Learning/Behavioural Difficulties, providing advice, assistance and support to young people and to attend to their practical, physical and emotional needs.
As an Adventure Support Worker, day to day , sailing of the barge you will be engaging in activities, promoting Independent skills, education and cooking.

Required

• Level 3 in Residential Childcare is preferred but not essential
• 12 months experience working with young people
• Driving Licence, required to use a company car while on shift
