JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at a children’s home in Oldbury. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being in a safe and nurturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably within a residential care setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
  • A valid DBS check will be required (we can assist with this process).
