Salary: £28,090 - £30,933 pro rata per year (this includes minimal sleepover pay, with the potential for an additional £1,650 and overtime at £17.00)

We’re looking for a Residential Childcare Worker to join our established team in Cronberry. At Inspire, we create homes where children and young people feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a residential or care setting or personal/lived experience and the right attitude to make a real impact
• A calm, supportive presence, even in challenging situations
• Flexibility and strong communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• A willingness to support our young people with day-to-day tasks, activities, medication, and community outings
• A qualification in Health & Social Care (SCQF 7/SVQ 3/NVQ 3 or HNC) — or the willingness to work towards it (with our full support)
