Join Us in Making a Real Difference – Residential Support Role in our Children’s Homes | Devon
ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT CHANGING YOUNG LIVES FOR THE BETTER? DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF SOMETHING MEANINGFUL, WHERE YOUR VOICE MATTERS, AND YOUR IMPACT IS REAL?
We are a small, passionate and dynamic care provider, based in beautiful Devon, who strives to create a safe, homely and welcoming environment for young people to thrive and in our small way, make a positive difference to their lives, now and in future. We are currently seeking an equally passionate member of the team to support in our children’s home and work alongside the management team to ensure high quality care is being delivered. Our team is hands-on, and united by a shared mission: to make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of those who need it most.
We describe ourselves as non-corporate, and we mean it! In essence it means that whilst of course we have processes and policies we must adhere to, as a good provider should, but we can make beneficial decisions quickly. We don’t have to wait for multiple layers of management to review ideas. If you see something that can be done better, then we make those calls within hours, not weeks we make it happen quickly. Your ideas won’t sit in a queue; they’ll be heard and acted on.
ARE YOU READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR CAREER AND MAKE A LASTING IMPACT IN THE LIVES OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE? WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN INSPIRING AND COMMITTED DEPUTY MANAGER TO HELP LEAD OUR HOME.
We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Deputy Manager to help lead a children’s residential home where every day is an opportunity to make a difference. You’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the children, while also providing strong leadership and supervision to the staff team. This role involves developing and implementing tailored care plans and documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You’ll be part of the on-call system to offer guidance and support when needed, and confidently take charge of the home in the manager’s absence, bringing stability, positivity, and a commitment to high quality care.
Grow your leadership career in a supportive and dynamic environment!
