You will be working as part of the management team in our 2 bed Ofsted registered children’s home, where each day is varied and full of purpose. We work together to make the homes feel as homely and “normal” as possible. Cooking, cleaning, food shopping and normal routines are part of what we do, but we also have plenty of time for days out, laughter and holidays! As a deputy manager, the role will be a hybrid between on shift doing direct work with the children, and admin hours to support the registered manager of the home. Your responsibilities will be to support the children day to day, support with team members supervisions, on call duties, supporting with management oversight of the home, as well as helping to maintain and update quality assurance documents.
