We’re launching a brand-new children’s residential home and are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up into registration. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the ground up, supported by an experienced care group.

• Lead the setup and registration of a new solo/dual occupancy children’s home
• Recruit and manage a new team
• Promote a strong safeguarding culture and trauma-informed care
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
• Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
