YOUR ROLE & RELATIONSHIPS

As a Deputy Manager, you will take an active role in both caring for the children and supporting the team. You’ll provide guidance, supervision, and mentoring to Residential Support Workers, helping them build the skills and confidence to offer the highest standard of care. You’ll report and work alongside the Manager and work collaboratively within a strategic, therapeutic team. Your insights and leadership will help shape care plans and ensure that each child receives the support they truly need.
