JOB SUMMARY

Our client roster continues to grow and we are in need of a detailed House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate works well with others, they will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, and will ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. We use environmental friendly low-odor cleansers that are safe for people, pets, and the environment. We are professionals with the best clients and the highest client retention rates. We are a tight-knit and supportive team offering a safe and welcoming work place. To become a member of our team we are looking for someone with great interpersonal communication, time management and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service with empathy and enthusiasm for our clients, many of whom are seniors.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but we’ll train you in the safest ways to clean, using the most effective tools and equipment.
• Proficiency in English is required,
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain order of supplies and schedules.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service and hospitality to create a positive experience for clients.

• Cell phone and vehicle required, preference for applicants residing in our service area of Oceanside, Parksville, Qualicum, Nanoose, Coombs & Errington.

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
• Possibly prepare light meals or assist with light cooking as needed by the client.
• Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, respectful, and attentive to client feedback.
• Ensure all your cleaning supplies are well stocked and maintained.
