JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Green Cleaner to join our environmentally conscious cleaning team. Just to be clear, we are not looking to take on an employee, just trying to find a reliable subcontractor to help the business grow. You will be responsible for your own tax and NI contributions. Flexible times are offered, between 2-20 hours per week. Basically, once you are trained and ready, cleaning jobs will be offered to you as they arise. You can then work as much or as little as you need.
Cleaning appointments will be allocated in Berkhamsted, Tring and Hemel Hempstead, plus surrounding villages.
The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness in residential homes using eco-friendly methods and non-toxic products. Strong customer service skills and prior experience in cleaning environments are essential for building client trust and satisfaction. You will need your own transport and basic cleaning equipment - we will provide the eco cleaning products.
Familiarity with green cleaning practices is preferred, although full training can be provided for those with a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, sanitising surfaces, and ensuring spaces are fresh, healthy, and safe. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in house cleaning preferred, preferably using eco cleaning products and technologies.
• A positive eco-conscious attitude applied to all aspects of the cleaning process is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules.
• A valid driver’s licence, own transport, public liability insurance and cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, etc)
