JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and personable person to join our established cleaning company. The ideal candidate will have great time management skills, strong communication, independence while being able to work on a team, and some experience with cleaning (professionally would be an asset, but not required).

SKILLS

• Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order in various spaces.
• Experience with laundry processes and techniques.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality.
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
  Most clients are located in North and West Vancouver.
  Holding a class 5 drivers license is an asset but not required. Access to a personal vehicle is also an asset but not required.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $18.50-$24.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Perform detailed cleaning of residential spaces, including interior appliances, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure time management is organized so your clients run on schedule
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure all client’s needs are executed well.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and detail oriented tasks to ensure clients expectations are always exceeded.
