JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that residential , cottage and short term rental spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service. Must have a reliable vehicle and willing to travel to clients homes within 45 minutes of Renfrew. Travel to Calabogie, Arnprior, Beachburg and surrounding areas will be required**

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
• A customer service-oriented mindset to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Basic cleaning experience is required.
• A strong eye for detail and taking pride in your work essential.

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, toilets, sinks, kitchen stoves ovens, cupboards etc.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness for clients.
• Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide hospitality services by ensuring homes are welcoming and tidy for residents and guests.
• Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients ,coworkers and management, addressing any concerns promptly.
