QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple cleaning tasks with consistent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and respect for clients’ homes and privacy.
  • Basic understanding of household management or hospitality practices is considered an asset.
  • Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting up to 25 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is an asset (if applicable to your business).

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive residential cleaning services with a focus on deep cleaning and sanitization of all living spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
  • Carry out deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as scrubbing floors, baseboards, tiles, grout, and other hard surfaces to remove built-up dirt, grease, and grime.
  • Execute fine detailing work including cleaning light fixtures, vents, behind and under furniture, window sills, door frames, and other often-overlooked areas.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment in each home.
  • Follow customized cleaning checklists and client instructions to ensure all service expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning duties within scheduled timeframes while maintaining a consistent level of excellence.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while delivering courteous and responsive service to clients.
  • Identify and report any damages, maintenance issues, or areas requiring special attention to management or clients as needed.
