JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and comfortable for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from job sites is required.
• Must be able to provide a criminal record check prior to onboarding.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Demonstrated ability in time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
• A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial for enhancing client relationships.

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
• Organize and declutter areas as needed to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction.
