We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for detailed work and maintaining cleanliness in residential settings. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a residential cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ homes are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure all cleaning tasks meet high standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Alberta drivers license and reliable transportation to work
• Reliability is a must – able to show up on time each day for your shift
• Detailed & efficient with great time management
• Physically fit with good stamina - ability to handle physical workload includes standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting objects up to 15 pounds.
• Dedicated and hard working
• Experience as a residential cleaner or team leader.

  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces.
• Detailed cleaning of bathrooms & kitchens
• Communicate effectively with team leads to understand each client’s specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Maintain a high standard of detailed work, cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned tasks.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
