POSITION SUMMARY

As a Residential Cleaner at Macro Properties in Prince Albert, SK, your main responsibility is to ensure our apartment buildings are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Key duties include the daily cleaning of stairwells, hallways, and common areas used by tenants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and approachable.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Past experience working as a cleaner would be considered an asset
· Must have a high school diploma or GED
· Must have a Valid Drivers’ License with access to a car
· Pleasant professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
· Commitment to positive customer service
· Must have a clear criminal background check

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Clean residential buildings: responsible for ensuring rental units are clean and move-in ready
· Sweep and mop floors
· Dust furniture and vacuum carpet
· Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
· Clean oven, under burner rings and the range hood exhaust fan cover and screens
· Clean and disinfect public areas such as hallways and lobbies
· Pick up debris and empty garbage containers
· Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of laundry rooms: empty waste containers, replace light bulbs in fixtures
· Ensure all health, safety and security issues are remedied immediately. Regularly inspect and assess all areas of the facility to ensure equipment and facilities are being effectively maintained
· Inform Property Manager/ Office Assistant of any maintenance issues
· Responsibilities are not limited to what is outlined above and may change
