We provide professional home cleaning services across various cities and are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of residential or housekeeping cleaning experience.
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be able to drive the company vehicle).
• Strong communication skills; friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of following a written schedule or duty list.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks.
• Background check required.

Note: Due to the nature of the role and client preferences in residential environments, this position may be more suitable for female applicants.The Position:

• Part-time or full-time (5 days per week, Monday–Friday).
• Meet at the Mayan Cleaning office at 8:00 AM daily.
• Fully paid training in house cleaning and housekeeping.
• Uniforms and all cleaning materials provided.
• Company car provided.

Duties:

• Drive the company vehicle to residential job sites.
• Perform detailed cleaning services in residential homes, including surface sanitation, floor care, and general housekeeping.
• Maintain a neat and organized home environment (decluttering, arranging items as needed).
• Interact with clients to identify specific needs and tailor services to meet expectations.
• Manage time effectively to ensure completion of daily schedules.
• Follow proper cleaning techniques and safety standards to maintain a healthy environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
