JOB OVERVIEW:

As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting automated systems and equipment. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Junior and Senior installers with experience and tools.
• The job requires audio-visual installation knowledge for Residential & large commercial installations.
• Must have knowledge of Running cables, installing screens, projectors, 70-volt speakers, and building code knowledge an asset.
• Must be willing and able to travel.

• Install, maintain, and repair automated systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues
• Fabricate and install electrical components and wiring
• Program and configure logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize system performance
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Conduct regular inspections to detect potential malfunctions or safety hazards
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new automation systems
