Role Overview
We’re seeking a Skilled Painter to join our elite crew of professionals. Responsibilities

  • Execute interior and exterior projects with skill and precision.
  • Perform surface preparation: washing, patching, sanding, priming.
  • Apply primers, paints, stains, and finishes by brush, roller, or sprayer.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining top quality — speed with excellence.
  • Interact professionally with clients, provide updates, and answer questions.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean worksite.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through training and feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year professional painting experience.
  • Proficient in brushing, rolling, cutting-in (spraying experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of different paints/finishes and their applications.
  • Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Team player, punctual, and dependable.
  • Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs, working on ladders, and performing repetitive motions.
  • Full-time, year-round availability.

Location & Schedule

  • Based in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas.
  • Full-time, year-round employment (we stay busy with interiors in winter).
  • Standard hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (some evenings/weekends as needed).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earn $25–$35/hour based on experience + performance raises.
  • Top painters earn $70,000+ annually with overtime and bonuses.
