Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with experience in the roofing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience in residential and/or commercial roofing, or is currently employed at a roofing company and looking for the next step in their career. This role is focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and product expertise. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial roofing markets. Conduct on-site inspections and provide accurate estimates for roofing services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution from contract to completion. Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Desired Skills and Experience Proven outside sales experience required. Experience in roofing sales or currently working at a roofing company strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
