Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Residential & Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial property sales, a deep understanding of the local market, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers and investors
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
• Prepare and review contracts and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and property owners

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
