POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee pool construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven background in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably in the pool industry or related trades.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and field crews.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service-oriented.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with pool construction or outdoor living projects.
  • Familiarity with CAD or Pool Studio software.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of residential pool construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure timely progress.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses; identify and resolve variances.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
  • Manage permits, inspections, and compliance with all local codes and regulations.
  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and potential issues to clients and leadership.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
  • Track and report on project milestones, productivity, and outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement of construction processes and customer experience.
