This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing new home construction projects from start to finish.

• Travel to assigned build sites to verify progress, track status, and ensure quality control.
• Act as a liaison between construction crews, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
• Utilize BuilderTrend to maintain project schedules, track “to-do” lists, and manage construction timelines.
• Upload and process POs for payment, ensuring accurate and timely financial tracking.
• Obtain necessary permits with applicable town, city, and county offices to ensure compliance with all building regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety and building codes.
• Problem-solve and make proactive decisions to keep projects running smoothly.
