We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential construction projects from pricing through completion. This role blends accurate estimating with hands-on project coordination and field oversight. What You’ll Do Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and budgets for residential builds and renovations Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections Track costs, change orders, and timelines to keep projects on target Communicate clearly with internal teams and field crews Experience in residential construction project management and estimating Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused communication Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Stable pipeline of residential projects Supportive, team-oriented work environment
