Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of construction for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop, manage, and adjust CPM schedules to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet Jorgenson Builders’ standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure seamless execution of designs.
  • Order materials, review submittals, and track deliveries to maintain efficiency.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues swiftly to prevent delays.
  • Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and inspections using CoConstruct or similar tools.
  • Provide occasional assistance with layout, measurements, or other construction tasks as needed.
