JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
  • Strong management skills with experience supervising diverse teams on construction sites.
