Fidaris is proud to be working with a highly regarded regional law firm in the search for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their established and supportive property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer – whether a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive – to manage their own caseload of residential property transactions with autonomy, while being part of a collaborative and forward thinking firm.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in residential conveyancing
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Skilled in client care, with a proactive and commercial approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable but not essential
  • Familiar with using digital case management systems

Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity and remortgages
  • New build transactions and help to buy
  • Title checks, reporting, and drafting contracts
  • Client liaison and relationship management
  • Working with support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient process

This is a full time, office based position, with the option for hybrid working following probation.
