Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our fast-growing, CQS-accredited residential property team at [Your Firm’s Name]. This is a brand-new, fully remote role created to meet the increasing demand from our happy clients and referrers.

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• At least 3 years’ solid experience in residential conveyancing (ideally as a FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer, though we’ll consider experienced candidates without formal legal qualifications).
• Great people skills and an enthusiastic team-player attitude.
• Strong organisational, time management, and IT skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Confidence and adaptability in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A proven history of strong billing.
• A desire and ability to contribute to the growth of our property department.

Please Note: This role is not suitable for partner-level candidates or solicitors, and there are no management opportunities in the residential conveyancing team for the foreseeable future.
Remote Experience Required:
As this is a fully remote position, we will only consider candidates with solid experience of purely home working for law firms and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
