RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – SOMERSET

This long-established and friendly Somerset firm is looking for a qualified residential solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer to join its busy residential conveyancing department in Street, Somerset.
You will be able to work independently under your own initiative, as well as part of the wider team.

You must be able to demonstrate current practical knowledge of the law relating to all aspects of residential property transactions, including:

• Leasehold & freehold
• Registered and unregistered properties
• Sale & purchase
• Re-mortgage
• New build
• Right to buy
• Help to buy
• Shared ownership
• Lease extensions
• Deeds of variation
